This is another of the trains that I put together with cars I collected. Gilbert never sold this train as a set. I am in the process of collecting all the Hopper Cars that Gilbert made; I plan to put as many in this train as will fit in a block of track controlled by a semaphore. |

I assembled this Southern Pacific GP-7 engine from pieces I bought on ebay. First I got the LTI #48000 GP-7 shell, and then a good running chassis and sideframes. So now the 48000 is usable on the layout. | |||||||||
