K5358W Challenger Steam Freight Train
#336 Union Pacific Northern, the biggest engine that Gilbert ever made, was sold from 1953 to 1957. I bought it from Frank the Trainman in San Diego in the mid-1970s.  Gilbert called it the Challenger but the railroads never used that name.
922 GAEX Boxcar made from 1953 to 1957
CB&Q Hopper Cars: the original 921 made from 1953 to 1957, and the later 24206 made only in 1958.
The 921 was in the  Challenger Freight.
931 gondola made from 1953 to 1955.
947 Northern Pacific Refrigerator car made from 1953 to 1958.
924 CRP Hopper Cars made from 1953 to 1957. I have two, one of which is in the Challenger Freight.
929 Missouri Pacific Stock Car made from 1953 to 1957.
Unnumbered caboose from the big set  that I bought in the 1970s.  I assume it is a 930 because that's the only Tuscan colored caboose with white lettering listed in the TM Guide.  It was made from 1952 to 1957.
